The i-SocialCare financials suite is a highly customisable tool to give you strategic and transactional control over the finances of your residential care homes or other respite (Short Break) care facilities.

It's the best way to run a cost-efficient care home business. The financials module lets you define all costs related to any care facility, by room, the centre itself, timeframes and any additional expenses incurred. You can export all data to Excel or other spreadsheet applications, or we can customise a format to suit your existing external systems.

The module is fully compatible with the bed booking software module, and can be interrogated by the i-SocialCare business intelligence module in order to run detailed reports that give you complete insight into the financial performance of any element of nursing care. Of course you can also generate PDF versions of invoices and statements, record and view all payments, add credit notes and even have a full general ledger installed as an optional extra.

i-SocialCare Assessment control

The i-SocialCare assessment control module covers the primary concerns related to the people in your care home: their medical and general needs, and their financial eligibility. That means you can ensure that you identify and provide the right level of care for each resident and ensure that you and they are receiving the right funding.

The assessment control module features an adjustable question and answer scoring system so that you can alter needs assessments and financial assessments whenever and however you need to. All data is then analysed and stored securely. You can review, print and assign assessment results to the customer or service user account once they’re accepted into your care.
